Tillmore

The owners had a very clear vision of what they required in this home, and providing a design that met all their needs was paramount in the planning process.

The resulting home, known as “Tillmore” is a truly luxurious home including 4 bedrooms (two with full ensuites), living areas comprising a guests sitting area, luxurious entertainers kitchen and full butler’s pantry, spacious dining room, stunning entry, expansive living room, dedicated bar area, and an impressive study complete with built in cabinetry and gas heater.  Timber flooring is Royal Oak flooring in Tudor Brown in a mix of 240mm, 310mm and 410mm wide boards.

The master suite incorporates a large soaker tub, a 3 metre long double vanity with gorgeous ceramic handled taps, large walk-in shower, with a lavatory and bidet in a separate room.  It also boasts a generous walk-in robe consisting of adjustable shelving, and a dream dressing room fully fitted with bespoke robes and a bank of custom-made drawers.

The alfresco area is an entertainers dream incorporating a fully equipped outdoor kitchen including a large BBQ, custom cabinetry and InfinitiStone natural stone cladding.  The stone cladding is also incorporated into the fireplace enclosing a wood burning fire, which is situated next to the servery window allowing access to the bar room. The ceiling is finished in grooved paneling, and the flooring is stunning, imported Egyptian Limestone Tiles laid in a random pattern.  The alfresco area can be fully enclosed with the use of fitted custom made PVC blinds.

I have nothing but praise for Farm Houses of Australia. I’m sure I’ll never have to build again, but if I did, it would only be with Doug and his team
