In 2005, Helen and Eddie again approached Farm Houses of Australia to design a large outbuilding consisting of a gym, music room, laundry and decks which were designed to cascaded down the slope of the block.  By this time, BAL ratings had been introduced, and the use of some building materials were restricted, so this building was clad with manufactured stone, and again, construction was carried out by Doug (Construction by Law).

In 2019, design works were commenced by Farm Houses for the latest addition to the property to be built by Doug.  The music room was converted into a bedroom encompassing a luxury, French Provincial style ensuite, and a kitchenette was added to the building to create the lavish Enchanted Rose Cottage Airbnb accommodation.  An impressive spa house was constructed to provide a comfortable area for relaxing and enjoying the hot tub, whilst soaking up the magnificent property views.
