Farmhouses Australia in conjunction with Construction by Law have built us a beautiful new house but more importantly, they have built us a gorgeous home to create many wonderful family memories.

With a design in keeping with the traditions of Merricks, our home has been built with a precise vision in mind.  Our brief was farmhouse style with clean lines, open spaces, loads of natural light and functionality for family and entertaining. It was important that we included a nod to our coastal location which has been achieved with a serene colour palate and clever placing and size of windows, sliding doors and a magnificent wraparound deck.

From the beginning of our building journey, our design brief was met.  Open and transparent communication was the key to the development of our plans.  We had the privilege of residing next to our new build throughout the process and it was a constant pleasure to watch each step towards our hand over of keys.

With expert knowledge in permit scheduling and processes, a professional approach to all facets of the build, open communication and honesty, an eye for detail and pride in excellent craftsmanship, Farmhouses Australia and Construction by Law have presented to us, a home that is charming, composed and tranquil.
