I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for helping us design what has become our dream home. When we first came to you we thought we knew what we were after in a house, however, your expertise helped us to design exactly what we wanted in a home. Having never dealt with a design company before, we were not sure what to expect, however, you made us feel at ease from day one.

Your patience and understanding ensured that the final product was exactly what we wanted. It was one thing for us to come to you with a vision, but for you to be able to turn it, in reality, is something else, and when I look at our finished home, this is what you have done. The fact that you were available to be contacted whenever we needed to discuss a change, honest and open with feedback towards making these happen, as well as the fact that nothing was too trivial or minor, really made it an absolute pleasure to have your team design our home. You provided a great source of ideas and recommendations, and without these, I don’t think that our home would be as wonderful as it is.

I would also like to say how appreciative I am of all the help, and flexibility that you showed during the build. I have heard all kinds of disaster stories around having a house built, however not once did I think that about ours, and that couldn’t have happened without you and your team. Your personalised approach to the build was amazing. You and your team went above and beyond to make this home happen, and the attention to detail you demonstrated resulted in a truly remarkable home. This, I believe, is what sets you apart from others.
