Maison de Plage

Character, functionality and efficiency were the clients’ main criteria when designing their family holiday home on the Mornington Peninsula.

The main living area opens into a large, alfresco area to the north of the home via bi-fold doors – decks in Australian mixed iron bark, a timber pergola and built-in seating around the deck make this an ideal area for the owners to socialize with family and friends.

Four double bedrooms (the master with a large ensuite) provide ample space for the owners, their children and guests. A separate rumpus room at the rear of the home provides a separate area for the children to play.

Victorian Ash timber flooring throughout the house provides a country ambiance, whilst high quality fittings and custom designed cabinetry exude luxury and comfort.

Federation style windows with Colonial bars and decorative gable ends to the home and carport are reminiscent of a bygone era, in a home of the highest quality construction and modern luxury.

They were happy to design our perfect holiday home based on our requirements. We could not be more pleased and are happy to recommend Farm Houses.
